Meeting Notes: الدعم
About the app
Meeting Notes records your meetings on your iPhone. With a subscription, each recording becomes a full transcript with speakers, a short summary, the decisions that were made and a list of action items.
Recording
How do I record a meeting?
Tap Record on the home screen. The first time, iPhone asks for permission to use the microphone. Tap Allow. When the meeting is over, tap End and save.
Do I need a subscription to record?
No. Recording is always possible. To play a recording, read its transcript and notes, or share and copy them, you need an active subscription.
Can I add a recording I made somewhere else?
Yes. On the home screen, tap the import button at the top and pick an audio file. It is handled the same way as a recording made in the app.
What happens during a phone call?
A phone call or Siri pauses the recording. Tap Resume to keep going.
I turned the microphone off by mistake. How do I turn it back on?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, scroll down to Meeting Notes, and turn on Microphone.
Transcripts and notes
How long does it take?
Most meetings are ready in a few minutes. Long meetings take longer. Keep the app open for the fastest result. Your recording is safe on your phone the whole time.
Which languages work?
The app detects the language of the meeting by itself, and the notes are written in that language.
Can I name the speakers?
Yes. Open a finished meeting, tap the more button, then Rename speakers. The new names are used everywhere, including when you share the notes.
Is there a limit?
The weekly plan includes 5 recorded hours a week and the yearly plan 20 recorded hours a month (3 and 12 hours in some countries). The app tells you when you reach the limit and when it resets. Your recordings wait on your phone and are processed after the reset.
The notes did not finish. What can I do?
Open the meeting and tap Try again. If it keeps happening, write to us and include the meeting name and date.
iCloud
Where are my recordings saved?
On your phone and, when iCloud Drive is on, in your own iCloud Drive: Files, iCloud Drive, Meeting Notes. That way they are on your other devices and in your iCloud backup. We cannot see your iCloud Drive.
iCloud Drive is off. What happens?
Recordings are saved on this phone only. To turn iCloud Drive on, open the Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, then iCloud Drive.
Purchases
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the app, tap the Settings gear, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so you cancel them in your iPhone settings, not in the app. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Pick Meeting Notes and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, so Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy and terms
Who can hear my recordings?
Nobody at our company listens to them. Recordings are only sent for processing when you have an active subscription. The privacy policy explains exactly where they go and when they are deleted.
Where can I read the privacy policy and terms?
Both are in the app under Settings, Privacy, and on this site at minigamr.com/privacy/meeting-notes and minigamr.com/terms/meeting-notes.
